E65 same problem with me (phone startup failed). Solved connecting in "Normal mode", than formatting FS and "software upgrade defauts", but keys not repaired. Still FFFFFFFFFFF.

Are all of you sure that useing right button? For example @dazexy use SL2 unlock button for 6300

Some of you maybe use unlock for old 6680,6630... button, and because of that is showing "contact reseller" (reseller wow).
To many sheep's owner buy this box, so is better for universal team to split this soft in at list 3 softwares. 1.unlock very old bb5 2.unlock wotp for older bb5 and 3.unlock new bb5
And at the end maybe some of you have real problem so I apologias for my words to them

New .exe released. Upgrading to latest version: 2.6.6.1923. Let´s see if will fix the problem...

New bugfix update is out.

Please update your box sw urgent.
If your simlock is demaged u can reapir it with simlock repair.
