Universal Box Error - GSM-Forum

Hi,

Anybody know how to solve this? I have use this box before without problem but now, its shows

MCU Boot Version:., and update to version 0.0
Update Time 0,0 sec.
Extracting boot...
Device open failed at USB -> Universal Box (UBCDDLZM)

Now i cannot flash any phones with this box..

I using USB Connection, i have try use lpt before but no luck at all.

i tried flashing 9500 and 9300 , while adsp flashing the usb shows unknown device found and in software device open failed on lpt-1 , for this again i have to restart my computer , what is the permanent solution to this.

Your problem is box HW failure, please ask your reseller for replacement.

You have to install/reinstall ADSP drivers from c:\uni\files\nokia\dct-4\fia\usb\ directory. Please completly forget the LPT port, you can do everything on USB with the box.
