back story and history, I try to unlock cell phone by ub box on the first day he left the SL2 and universal unlock it IMEI damage (123456-10-654321?) I thank allgsm repair IMEI is already good, but now trying to turn the phone displays a warning that says:
phone start-up failed. contact the retailer

Just do SX4 autorisation and write FULL PM file without 120 and 308 field and your phone will work again. bye

Put phone on self-tests ... see where is wrong ... and drop log here ... most problems here comes from bad PM field 309 ... so - it's good idea to take a look over
