mr universal please solve my problem in downloading file - GSM-Forum

hello sir,

i am ub user when i go for downloading any file if there is three type of file like MCU,PPM,CNT then mcu & ppm file downloaded easily but in CNT downloading fail stop on 1% please help
I ALSO DO REPAIR BOX & UNSTALL MY BOX & REINSTALL NEWLY THEN I DO 4 TO 5 TIME DIFFRENT FILE BUT SAME PROBLE
& IF THERE IS TWO FILE CORE&PPM THEN ONLY GIVE ME CORE FILE & IN PPM STOP ON 1% PLEASE HELP ME SIR TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM
