USB log sending always error

hi ub team.
i am trying form last day but without result.
ub doing first step well ( in boot mode )
but on second stage when phone should be fully powered on not connect.
even read info button not working.
before last update all working well but now not.
when ub not connecting with phone same time other boxes like mt hwk etc working well with phone i mean read info etc.
its not any fault hub = > motherboard usb.
so please give good and authentic answer.
before this update ub was work well.

i've test many phones,
Actually little bit tricky, ok now i try to explain you

Power ON Phone and Attach with Usb Cable,
Select PC Suite under Connection Setting at Phone,
When Phone Detect Completely Check USB and read Info.
in few Sec. Your Phone goes in Local mode, So that's means now all is ok

remove Battery and Click Send Log Button,
insert battery and press power button for 1-3 Sec.
Phone detected after few Sec You will see

Please Power ON the Phone and Connect Usb Cable
Detecting BB5 USB Device

remove Cable and Turn ON Phone
When Phone Complete boot Insert USB Cable
now this Time UB Detect Phone and Sent Log
Thats all

i think you all not understand my first post.
please read that again.
same setup same drivers at the same time ub not reading phone's info via usb but all other boxes doing it well.
so ..

you're not new in Gsm Field
if you cant able to unlock your Phone by USB you can Contact with me
you're Live In my Country and also your Location near in my City
So come at my office i'll Unlock Your Phone By UB via USB Cable,

thanks for cooperation brother.
but i think it should be easy for everyone not only you and me.
peoples spend much money for box and credits.
i unlocked many phones via usb with mt.
now problem not even sending log via usb but ub not work read info as well.
i said already before this update ub working fine via usb.
so maybe i am missing some tricks but you cant say ub's this update bugs free.
ub's this update have bugs regarding usb handling.
why you say its perfect and even I not able to unlock .
where is success stories handling via usb?
please dont take it personly I talking with all UB team.

Hi, i have same problem, Read info working, Request log working.. but Sending log

At first I have a hard time also (same with you guys) to send log through usb but later through patience and following this instruction I made it. Keep trying and be patient... Good luck!

Your solution worked very well.Before I got error Terminated with error: No USB flash device found [00011100].0001711F.000111C8. It helped me to send log for C3-01. Thank you very much Mr YaVVaD.
