| My UB box CAN't connect to software,Help me please i have one Universal Box, i just install the main set up in the device manager it can detect the box properties but when i try to run the universal box software it show like this Terminated with error : No device open [00000001].00001100 Device open failed at USB -> Universal Box [UBCD7T6F] CAn u help me please |

| If u have a warrenty If u have a warrenty then send back to reselear if not try to find the garbage close to u n throw in garbage then say happy new year like i am doing..plz plz pz do not buy universal box speacialy from ipmart.com.. Universal team and ipmart.com both are thief ..plz plz do not buy universal box after 3 or 4 month this box gona be garbage |

| i have same problem box death, not my fault but is gone and i lose all credit canot refund around 70 usd only if i buy another box! box is not cip, forget credit and usd is too much to invest in a death box. team no want to repair death box! bad strategie! |

| Universal box canīt be repaired, if you have warranty send it back to your reseller. Much people have a lot of death death. Please mr. Universalbox, it were good that you build more resistant the boxes so you know their prices are expensive and we have to buy them very continuosly |

| Once your box behave like that .... its already garbage. UB can't be repaired. If its under warranty...send back to your reseller..definitely it will change for another box plus additional payment for the logs credited. If not ... BUY NEW ONE.  |

| It's dead my box too. Give reseller send by ship to China. Cost about 130USD(Shipping include) About 2-3 month(send to-send back) Today it's bad box in my idea. |
