n73 contact retailer

i have n73 showing cotact retailer i alredy ckecked it imei is ok simlocktest failed . but i make repair simlock data and its ok . after some time i again check sim lock information it show sim locke invalid ; i tried it mx key and ub and also mt box . i thing it hard ware enybody face the same problems ?. give me replay . before i repaired the same problem many times but it cant solve " security test already passed"

or problem is still there, then yo need to check hardware coz of sometime hardware damage phone
