re-registration of ub box - GSM-Forum

My second box just died with credits in. I have just bought a new box.

1. how do i register my box? ( see the error i encounter).
2. my prevous box was not register on my name but i new the nickname and could load credits. Now how do i transffer my remaiming credits to my new box?

just unregistered your old box and again register new box with old id (all old credits transfer in your box)

how to register/unregistered ?
go to tab -->setup-->user info

you need 100 credits for unregistered box

its means you're enter wrong user pass please check before type (also check CAPS LOCK ;-)

Does a new box come with any credits?

it equally think it means i must register at the support site before i can register my box. because when i entered the username that i used for the supprt site the box is now registered

If your Box is New ... u will get the free no tp activation for sure..........
