Need help on how to read lock code for N96? - GSM-Forum

Hello Universal box team, can you tell the procedure on how to read the PERSONAL " LOCK CODE " on N96 because customer forgot it and don't want to erase all the data inside the N96, thank you

Simple, Just make Read Info on the Phone with box, and see where it says Security Code.

yes take the phone info and you can see..............

go to tab BB5 --> Maintenance --- > in right side you'll see Read info. Button,
Click on it, after read you'll see under log user code,if user code at start up then you need to use F-bus cable for that, otherwise you can read/reset by usb cable
