Need RPL Service to solve INVALID SIMLOCK INFO - GSM-Forum

Hi, I need to repair "invalid simlock Info" on N95-3 RM-160, after unlock can´t accept any simcard, and its simlock info is invalid, in this forum all say that problem is solver with write the RPL, but BB5 RPL Server is always down, where can I get other RPL service.
