Help pleaseeee my w200i is dead after i tryied to unlock and it can not connect it only blink on side of the phone when i plug battery kindly help me

Hi my w200i is dead after unlock using SETTOOL AND NOW CAN NOT CONNECT IT ONLY BLINK ON THE SIDE OF PHONE KINDLY GIVE ME THE SOLUTION I AM USING UB BOX

Sorry for the dumb question, but, Is the battery charged ? did you check it with multimeter or another phone ?
