Nokia 1208 prob, - GSM-Forum

Hello dears,

I have one nokia 1208 with restart problem.I flashed with UB,but

after flash the set went to contact service.After that i erased with JAF and flashed again with UB and write the PM also.Now the set gets power on normally but after 1 or 2 minutes shuttoff automatically.

What may be the prob?

First Try with another Verison ,if still same then check Hardware Section..

I have same problem... but begin after flash to v5.06. No hardware problem.

Dear this problem solve in flashing but......
Try to earase flash the phone on UB not JAF
& after full flash the phone with latest firmware.
& finnaly clear UI setting.

Post result.

Please upload erase file for UB.

hi sir!! you have to use UB box, flash it with latest version then, write pm, then unlock it again (online)!! it would solve 100%!!

After flash, you need to just unlock it and that will fix the "contact service" problem.

I had same problem use this solution and is working now phone is 100% funtional.

No Problem. I found the solution somewhere here and it fixed my phone so I passed it on..

restart new phones after unlock are problem, specially after call or sms coming, try flashing, writing pm not work, still testing some software works..
