5130 is PA_SL3 and you can't repair simlock data, even with full rpl : (

It is showing ( sl2 lock info ).......... Phone is showing ( CONTECT SERVICE ) & go power off after confirm switch on whith out sim card.

Kindly tell me how to repair that ( contect service ) problem .......
