Now the phone remains locked, I have used 20 credits and phone is also locked on correct network too! I have repeated the process a few times and have same results. I have the latest version of UB.

What can be done to recover customers phone? Thanks

Tried the first code manually but came back with Code Error.

Still not managed to get this working. Phone won't even accept the customers original sim card now!

i just tried mine mate as client was ******* me off and all went well with the REPAIR option as it can be seen in the following log. Hope you ll get that one fixed soon dude.

Any suggestions please how to put this phone back to normal? Ideally I'd like it locked but at the very least I'd like to get it back to working at least on its correct network of T-Mobile UK.

I followed the directions of UB box, pay credits and end up with a useless phone. Come on UB sort this out. Thanks

try to downgrade the mobile firmware and try again.
