Nokia 6230 Flash Error

Hi...I'm trying to flash a Nokia 6230. I've selected the correct version and product code but I get this error.
Terminated with error:TX low after BSI Low (7F000003) etc

Can someone please help? Thanks

If your cable is good then try to remove the RAM and see if your CPU boots .
If it boots then change RAM . If not then you must reflow CPU or change it .
After that ... it remains UEM .
