Does mY ub box dead?


This is my 3rd post. It seems my post waS deleted.

When opening the software. I got the error.

I spent so many activations in my ub box and suddenly I stuck to this error. Why?

"DEVICE OPEN FAILED AT USB"

PLs. do not delete my posT..

PLs. answer ub team,, I deserved support..

power(green) led and data(orange) led are all lit of my ub box..

i also faced this prob. but bo support by ub team when i activated bb5 unlock after 5 days my box show this error

It seems deviced is closed and deactivated.

Is ub a box which is time controlled activations that after years of usage it will be come unusable.

Pls. clear us on this matter ub team,,

We really need ur support coz I am licensed user and owner of your box..

I'm really sorry to hear that.

Actually the biggest problem here, that there is no way to repair UB boxes at home, so you have two options.

First one is, if your box is under warranty period, then you can send it back to your reseller. He needs to change it to a new one without any costs.

Second one is, if it's out of warranty period, in this case you need buy new one. If you get your new box, then register it to your old account. Your credits, activations will be the same as before.



I hope You can understand this.
