Nokia N85 read Info ???

Hi Team,

I can not read Info for Nokia N85 using USb cable to know Prodauct code. how to solove this ? by the same cable and soft update i can read other phone like Nokia 6700.

can you post here how you try to read?
just power on phone when complete start, insert cable, select pc suite
on ub soft tick on usb or click read,

on some cases need to insert cable in phone jack after click on Read info. button, mean first tick on usb then click read info. after that quickly insert cable in phone or select pc suite

But my phone shows PHONE LOCK in start up !!!!

i don't know if possible to read info by USB cable even phone shows PHONE LOCK in start up ?

if you want to Prodauct code take batrey out off your phone and at the back you can read code
