I have been a customer of ub for a very long time
my id coolshak - my box developed a fault and was un repairable.
I purchased a second hand box - phonezone09
my box was fully activated for unlimited bb5 sl2 unlocks
i requested on this forum some 5 weeks ago that this be switched over to the phonezone09 box and this has not been done.
I have sent many pm to all administrators but no one seems to want to deal with this
i would like you to sort this out now
please treat this as urgent

register with your old box nick phonezone09

i have tried to unregister phonezone09 but it says need 100 credits to do this
please advise

actually registration and unregistration of Universalvbox is 100% Free

First you need 100 Credit in Your Current ID
when you Unregistered box you need to spend 100 Credits,
but when you Register again your box with another id you'll get FREE 100 Credits,

hope you are understand Register and unregister process
