team pls tell me what exact procedure ,,

i have p1 when i try to activated the phone cant not detected whats wrong with this..?send a logs done request the logs done but when i try to activated the phone cant detect why,, the phone status now is 4locks pls help,,,

it is a driver issue, you must be check that driver is installed properly or not ,

i check the driver sir but all is ok my pc recognized the phone but hte software not,, pls help the phone now is 4locks how can i revived..
