P1i Unlock Problem Today!!!!! - GSM-Forum

Is there a problem with P1i unlock today? I was trying to unlock P1i, Read info was OK, Send LOG too was OK, but when I try to Request LOG all that it says is

Please turn on the phone while pressing the C key!

I did what it said but nothing happens so I have to abort it............

Please Help I've lost too customers today.......

it is a driver probleme ,for me i instaled ub box on a clean computer with only soney ericson drivers and no things else ,i have found only this way to work wel with ub box and sony ericson and dont forgot betwen each aplication send log and request log to remove batry and cable and put it bak ,try to prese @ ...

But I was able to unlock other sony ericsson phones like P990i the other day..........

yes the same probleme i had it ,i think much phone unloked with ub box it is like we add many drivers in computer evry time we unlok phone and in the end it is a conflits betwen drivers...,try to unsttal ub and all sony eric.. drivers from computer ,and instal it again yu wil see it wil work fine .. try with this link to http://ma3.extranet.sonyericsson.com/drivers/ yu found the latest driver..
