i think they have problem with rpl as there is a few rpl threds all sim problems my prob is imei 12345***x
all we can do is keep asking

I use another tools to restore my phone. "Ask - rpl" But really; ubtaime, you disappoint me at the highest point. You said that we can use our credit for other services. " for what service men? "bad rpls ???". Really bad support for your customers.
