Unregister your old name from your box and register the new account to the box.

Unregistering box transfers back 100 credits to the box to ensure that those who resell their boxes doesn't use credits from the boxes. Because we are selling every boxes with 100 credits by default. As you re-register this box to a different account the 100 credits will be transfered there, so you don't lost credits and it is not a fee.
