Plecse help my box no working efter uppdeit

Last batch of Universalbox is very bad. All are having problems in voltage high and low and even in box detection. I already have 5 boxes waiting to send to my reseller. Unless it is some software fault and it broke in the update. Please confirm.

first off all check your box with other pc then call manger

please connect your box driect with computer USB port not with USB hub ................................

Typically refers to software fault There are several victim, but why UB team is coming and there is no concrete answer? There are only a lot of speculation with boxing, and they will be the same to me
