pls guide me to unlock k610i/cid 49, and what is the meaning of ( CSCA activiation is not avialable on this firmware before unlock/ lock please flash the phone with the latest firmware!)

need to flash with latest firmware or not

i dont wanna lost my credits again,i alread lost 47 credits in unlock k800/cid 49, i dont know UB TEAM restore my lost credits or not, i lost another 9 credits in flashing k800 also, flashing ok but set not on,still death.
