pls hlp uni team

i test on 2 box and sometimes when i want to flash phones say terminated with error.
after 2 3 try can flash but many time say terminated error.
pls hlp

after update my box stiil have mcu nokia version 1.118 and i try many times but cant update to version 1.12!!!!
any hlp???

i have exactly the same problem of him,when i go to flash a phone and i select the right files to flash the software just shuts itself off and if i reopen it and do the same operation it again shuts itself off,this is a really bad bug of software version 1.7.1 build 454,please fix it as soon as possible!

This sounds like a box HW problem. This should not happen. If you can solve this problem somehow, please contact with the retailer.

This not exactly the same problem, he talks about terminated with error message, but you said that your software shuts down itself. Did you try to work on a different PC?

i did not try but 2 days ago it was completely working!

should i try on a diff pc?

u tried your own software to see if it also happens to u?

i also had installed universal box on another computer the other day and i still had 1.7.1 build 452 in it,and this version works flawlessy,i am not going to update to build 454 cause i am scared that it stops working like in the other computer,any opinions about this fact?

The latest executable works for us without problems and no other customer reported the same problem like you. However, if you won't upgrade to the latest version on the other computer, you probably won't find out that it is really our mistake somehow. Do you use win XP on that computer where the latest release doesn't work?
