I have a problem to install universal box

On starup .line 20 : attempt to call a table value

os: xp media centre sp3 and dot net 3.5

i just got that box today, i have downloaded the software for the box and when i started it it shows me the same error! if i still install the software it shows me an usb error 00000001.
i downloade 2 versions 1.9 and 3.0 but on both on startup same problems. i tried t to instal on my laptop with win 7 still the same problem. UB Team how can you help me?

i tried to install older version and with older version there is no error on start up but after installation there is usb error.

same problem happend with me

window xp professional service pack 3
version 2002

im installed UB version _Setup_3.0.0.2941

solution plsss THX.

sir im load screenshot from computer & press upload button
then coming error uploading of file faild

when im load from URL then coming error uploading of file faild

im change formate jpeg , bmp , gif & other

sir pls solve this too ? thx
