Member: 8012 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 124 | Check the lenght ( the shorter the better) and quality of the USB cable you use to connect the UB to PC, if itīs the same cable you use to connect the UB to Notebook and is ok, the problem must be in USB ports of your PC Motherboard that canīt delivery enough power . ( i guess you tried another ports in your PC and do the same, right) BR AC |

Member: 8012 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 124 | It can be one possible solution, but i guess the problem isnīt the PC power supply but the Motherboard itself. One possible cause is also if you have any external HDD or other device that drains power ans/or speed from USB ports. If you have it disconnect it and try again. BR AC |

Member: 648596 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 13 | I think you have no need to cahnge any power supply or mother board... , try these step : 1- Check your USB power jumper ( open your PC case and Around the USB Connector, it should have a jumper with 3 pins, and you have to check it all. in this 3 pin, all of its must have 5Volt or better. or you can replace the jumper to another one ) 2. Try to use shorter cable. with this box. the cable should not longer than 2 meeters. 3- Do not use the Externals USB. ( Exept it have a external power supply ) PM me if your problem is not sloved.
