As for narry being busy - poor excuse mate ! i'm sure responses don't have to come from him alone ! and as for contacting you - nothing personal but i chose those resellers for there positioning and convenience for me for various reasons. Anyway the situation is on its way to being resolved as i am busy with hayeap on pm.
