Problem with the uni box, help needed - GSM-Forum

Hi universal box team
my uni box has been working fine till i installed the latest release 2.7.7
box doesn't calibrate,
it doe update but doesn't calibrate
i've tried with original 12v adaptor that came with uni box and also with another 12v adaptor but no joy
always gives an error
device open failed,
here r the screen shots.
Is there anything can be done with this box or do i have to take it back to reseller
