| problem with universal box computer detects box, drivers ok. when SW starts following message comes up:  MCU Boot Version: 1.069, and up to date. Device open failed at USB->Universal Box [UBOYXB8Q] tried even with removealgod... tried on several computers... always same message :-( anyone who can help? |

| ok,Np 1.when start mainsoftware please select tab "setup"-tab "general"- and "Remove algos from box" now u "refresh"--tick usb apply i thing u setup Universal software orther disk driver  2.U can't setup new software (backup old software if u dont want update) step u can copy froms backup old mainsoftware only folder :"File"&Driver (dont copy orther) and again 1 |

| thers "repair box" on this menu and not "Remove algos from box" i have this problem too after last updat i download setup from support area and the same thing.ub detected by PC driver intalled ok and can't open device. | I have 2 Computer, one I use old software and update with latest version, another I download new installer from support and install drvier run softare the same your problem , but with my laptop upgrade from old software with latest versio no appear this message |
