Our last update (2.7.4) , have some bugs... If you try first time, and u will have credits lost, then don't try once, just post here your log with your UB nick also, then we will check and solve this problem.


HOW YOU REFUND YOUR LOSE CREDITS ?

Send PM to MobileDoctor's or Ja\/\/aD with your UB Nick and log file , Then we will refund your logs, after send PM you'll get Credits in 24 Hrs so be patience !!


The Supported phone types are in the SL2 STICKY
So from today if you try to unlock an unsupported phone, and fail, credits won't be refunded.




Important Info.

Dear Users

there are many problems with private messages.
Sometimes we didn't get your mails, sometimes we reply u, but u didn't get it...
So please be with patience, we will transfer all of your credits back.

What may you do if we don't answer?
Send again your problem after 24h with short description, your UB nick and your current log.

Always check this two ( UB nick and LOG about your problem)

Never post here about your credit problems, because this posts will be deleted and credits will be never transfered back.
