hi
many times have posted my problem but no proper answer from any member of the UB team .
i have bought a used UB from a unkown person and i have lost the pasword i have tried from many days i visited the site of UB and click on forgot password it asks me the Email Address this box was registered to that person's email when i enter my email address it says "this email in not in our database" and i couldnt find the srial number of the UB to post

user name of UB : rizwan510
my Email: [email protected]
or masood_ [email protected]

please please please and please help me

first you need ORIGINAL USER AND PASSWORD ,
next you need to Unregistered your box then register again with your OWN user name and pass
