Can any one help me how to solve this problem

Inactive account, we have sent an email with a link where you can activate your account. Simply visit that link and you will be able to log in

when i visit my inbox there is no email from UB team........

why ub team can't resolve this problemme many people user have this problemme for me alyas this problemmme a can't acces in support
