simlock info invalid - GSM-Forum

Please help! I have N78 that power on and shows ' phone start up failed' and when i read info with UB seems its 'simlock invalid' error. But I can´t restore 35....._NOTPBACKUP.PM or 35....._NOTPBACKUP_120.PM files.!!
It seems these PM files are corrupted or crypted, because any other tool can´t open them (UB can´t, neither).
And if ASK/RPL service is down everywhere....what can i do???

you need to use ask to rpl service

our server is offline atm, you can use others
