SL2 Activated - GSM-Forum

SL2 Activated months ago on my UB, and when i try to unlock 6110n says:
this procedure will costs credits,do you want to continue ?

Isn't it one time activation?

if you have already activated Sl2 activation then press yes because It shows about consuming credits, perhaps no credits will reduce
