| SOLUTION??? "Your log is under processing...try again later.." I have 2 phones with problem for unlocking ( W200 and Z310 )..please help... i request log but ......the message appear "Your log is under processing...try again later.." it almost 10 days but my request log is not coming....please help me ub team for my problem...... MCU Ericsson Version: 1.262, and up to date. SMCU Ericsson Version: 1.62, and up to date. Output power at Line1 3,97V is in range of: 4,00V ±10,0% Please turn on the phone! | I think UB team have gone on vacation again and will be back at the end of 2008. In the meantime, please send all logs for unlocking and then give phones back to customers after 10 days. You will only lose a bit of money but it will help for UB team to pay for their long vacation. If you do not want to do this, then send donations to them via their resellers because this will help them relax during 2008 and forget about their customers who buy their box and buy their logs! UB have provided appaling support to their cuistomers in the past few months, and they have let down customers - But their box is very good if you do not want to buy service credits! I would not recommemnd wasting money on their server because you will only get headaches from your customers for keeping them waiting for their phone to be unlocked and 1 bad customer will tell 10 others, and after 3 months you will have to close your shops because people think you are not reliable, and this is all because you choose UB team to do your calculations - but how can they when they are on vacation! WBR yeldar ![]() p.s. UB TEAM: Please do not delete or send me pm to tell me off for posting this, because it is fact that you take 10 days to calculate logs when others return within 48 hours! |

| UB team how dare you to handle your *******rs like this? Do you forget that you get the living from our money ? I waited 12 days and no reply no calculation, and i can not cancel my logs. You are stealing from us! Next to my shop they are unlocking phones in 10 min with setool, and i have to tell to my *******rs after 12 days to keep waiting. How can you do this with us? |
