still cant update - GSM-Forum

hi again im still not able to update to latest iv had to turn off auto update as it closes prog and does not retart after latest download
i have tried uninstall then latest from support but still not uptodate so it keeps trying any idea how to fix or when full exe to install will be uptodate pleae

Disable Your Antivirus and do update again

iv been hear befor many times its normaly the update if i wait till next one will be fine but need the new mep ext so need asap realy

Can you post here screen shot to check the exact error ?

dont gett error it just downloads the update says done but does not install or restart the program and when ya restart it tries to update again and fails
