Suspend all PAID sl2 Unlocking? - GSM-Forum

Until all bugs are fixed on UB sl2 unlocking, may I suggest that all sl2 paid unlocking is suspended temporarily.

UB solution is cheaper than its rivals such as JAF and MT ( Dejan Credits ) but it is not the most reliable to say the least. On top of this the UB Team is very slow in responding to queries regarding lost credits.

We as a business work really hard to keep a good reputation in the unlock and repair field. However with an unreliable sloution and service provided by UB team does not help us maintain this reputation.

very much true...dude..how ever lost logs can be recovered by giving proper info to team..ppl tend to forget to mention the id from which the credits were lost...this results in the threads being deleted...the team itself in one of the threads said that... there should be proper backup made b4 any unlock done...however i totally agree with u abt the bugs in the software...however..others have not rectified the problems in there software fully....Hope ub team comes up with the proper unlocker for the sl series of phone...
