I have just bought the box and can't get it to work. With SE phones, it says terminated with error. No available MCU algo [000030A0]. With nokia phones, it says terminated with error. Output power at line 1.......pls help. Also, what's the DC in for? Is it to be used with parrallel cable?

This from cables coz I have tested with alot. also using the short cable is better I don't know why too maybe battery in box supplier it not enought some time coz can using with other box.

DC is using for LPT cable.

For MCU algo problem please do self update.
The power problem could be due to box HW failure.

For power problem, I have tried a few times, sometimes output power is out of range and sometimes is within range. When it's within range, of course it works. It looks like the regulator is unstable. For the MCU algo problem, I will try the self update. Thanks.

Try using just USB cable with any other power source and without LPT cables.

Sorry Nokia 6610i is working now, the software patch box needed to be checked. But Nokia 3220 (version 5.10) doesn't working, no signal.

Yes, 3220 is an unsupported model at the moment.

This error message should not happen in normal cases. This means that the box cannot erase an algorithm from the pic. It happend after the update because we have uploaded a new nokia algorithm to the server... This will be a box HW problem and not related to our last software update(s). Please contact with your reseller and ask for box replacement. Thank you.

With the power problem, can I do something about it myself rather than sending it back to the reseller, it's such a hassle and costly. The power supply regulator was already unstable before when I first bought it but it was useable still. Now the output power is 0.04V after update to 1.6.3 but I dont think it's because of the update. Pls advice.

I can only suggest you that try resolder the regulators. The first pieces was assembled in a not too good factory. We are sorry.
