I have exactly the same problem but this solution (Remove Algos from box) doesn't work for me. I always got this message each time I tried...

Terminated with error: No device opened [00000001]
MCU Boot Version: 1.069, and up to date.
Device open failed at USB->Universal Box [UBOYEZ7S]

Is there any other way?

Thanks for all your suggestion but it didn't solve my problem. Fortunately, my box reseller is very kind enough to replace my box. Now I got another brand new working box. And he suggest that I should always connect the power supply because before I only connect it when the box as for it (i.e. during flashing).
