Ub can't open nedd help from expert - GSM-Forum

i install ub suit (Setup_3.0.0.2941.exe) then when i click on ub icon only sound comes suit not open what's the problem ? i can't understand what happen with me .

Disable antivirus and Firewall too. install it again. if you're still having this issue, please let me know. .

i disable antivirous and firewall and uninstall then install problem is still , only comes sound no error massage shown .
