T303 10 logs gone - GSM-Forum

At request log took me 10 credits, on the DB2020 queue on the website for couple seconds it show me calculated then .... GONE!!! And now when I request log Your log is under processing, try again later...

I have the same problem for about 5 days ... and on their site there is nothing to cancel .
If I push "SEND LOG" I get "Your log is already queue . Please try request for the result" ...

send logs is deducted with 10

then after the unlock it will be deducted w/ 10 also

total of 20 logs to unlock that.

We know that but the problem is not they take 20 logs but the logs aren't calculated ...

Yes, as I allready wrote, I know that, but the 10 logs are gone and so my calculation, and the client too... and my money too..

you can cancel you log by using our web site and server will return your credits
