UB Not Detecting Phones - GSM-Forum

Hi
I am trying to unlock phones from last few days But UB is not even reading phones can you please help me with this problem

*HOW YOU TRY TO DO
*WHICH CABLE YOU HAVE USED etc.

I tried to unlock nokia 6710s with GPG UFC Cable and i tried E71, 6120, 6233, and few more phones it was ok Few days ago i unlocked same phones with same cables so many times but suddenly UB has stop working its not even Read Info

about UFC cable i dont know exactly
did you try to use Normal Fbus Cable for that

yes i tried same thing it show test Mode Local mode but even after says error it works fine with Cyclone

this model can unlock ufs fbus cable...............

problem is not only this model UB dont even read any Phone with any cable

Please check Your cable with another working phone
Attach Phone and try to read info. if not response
please check your cable and phone pcb pins, where you are try to attach the Cable pin on the phone and try again

Hi I tried every thing but its not doing any thing its reading phone with cyclone with same 2 cables i have when it comes to read phone it says Failed to power up phone Try to turn on Manually and phone is in local mode what should i do Help me out Please
