UB Output power error - GSM-Forum

My UB has this permanent error:

Terminated with error: Output power at Line1 0.02V out of range of: 4.00+-10%
(00000C14) 00024408 00024478 000244AA

If it is a hardware problem, please give me a clue, I`m an electronics engineer.

Thanks for previous replies. I`ve actually tried with 2 more original power supplies (from other repair centers in my city) but problem is the same.

Did you try with another PC and Please Change the adopter as well

Thank you. Yes, I`ve tried it into 2 other PCs from other repair shops in my city, each with its own UB adapter...but the same problem remains

There's a big risk of destroying the data on the SMCU when you try to repair it and will make your box useless. Might as well contact your reseller if he can help you with this.
