i
i buy new ub box before three month.i just start to use it but not working properly all phone getting error i m useing window vista is it compatible with window vista????need urgent help

6500s ,6120c,6300, also have a same problem with these phones.

dead you try usb data cable used usb data cable make sure that install wit latest version and then unlock

If you will activate BB5 FREE SL2 then u can work without credits.

but my resaler told me it is fully acctivated .just update box and use it
