what can i do please help me ub team.....

A bit farfetched that advice ? There is a solution to most things..

@Alfred Martin
Try to do a system restore on windows for a few weeks back.
I beleive the problem is memory related and has some conflict with UB. Or maybe an update corrupted some memory stack.

Either way make a system restore for a few weeks back and post result

That failing, uninstall everything which is UB and the drivers and usb drivers and install maybe to a different location

well, but the damage is in the eprom there is no solution until now know ye heard of a fellow who repaired via test point

Well if all that fails, then route the box as faulty.

i got this error 2 times in different box n different pc

so man u just need to make a fresh windows on ur pc mate

all must be ok after that

just use Fresh OS, and Install Ub Setup and Updates again On Fresh OS!! i hope after that your problem will be solve

you can try this!

or you can try this
1.disconect ub(ang put ufs any box)
2.open sw(if ok )
3.connect your ub now

hope it will help you
i encounter this before
and every time i see this "stackoverflow"
thats the step i use.
