UB Team Need your Help, problem with Update My UB

Dear Sir, UB Team

I have a problem with my UB, it can't be Updated and always showing error when i click update, like this screen shots in attachment.

I try with other internet connection and another PC, the error same like this.

MCU Boot Version : 1.069, and up to date.
SMCU Boot Version : 1.28 and Up to date.
Authenticating software...
Connecting to Server : Main
Receiving latest versions...
Terminated with error : response from Server : Authentication error! [00000880] 00001042.00004030

MCU Boot Version : 1.069, and up to date.
SMCU Boot Version : 1.28 and Up to date.
Device opened at USB -> Universal Box [UBCTKJGU]

to Universal Box team, i will wait for your solutions please..

Friend!
Universal Box don't have any problem.
Make this:
Select US2 server from setup.Network
In General Make Refresh and after apply
The Option LPT need marked LPT1 at 0x0387
Don't put nothyng in USB.
Make this one or two times, and after your Box Updat to lasted Version
3.100

I Bought from Communication Shop, ITC Roxy Mas Lt.1
Contact Person : Hartono/Herman Tan. But i can't get satisfied answer from them.
I think it's not a stolen box, because I bought it with my money, from authorized Reseller UB in Indonesia.
And now the problem is why my box can't be Update?

Terminated with error : response from Server : Authentication error!

I Think it has a problem with UB Server (No Respon from Server)

So i made this posting for UB Team to help my problem... :)

your box is not activated.

Your reseller can activate this box. Maybe he has fogot this step befor shipping. I don't know.

But I think this situation is not normal.
This member buy your Box. It’s a Good very good Box.
I Lick this Box very hell.
For mi is the Best Box to Nokia and I Hop to SE Phones.
If reseller don’t resolve the problem to this member you
can make anything for him.
Is very bad one person buy anything and the reseller don’t help.
If the Box is damaged is deferent, but only for active?
Tanks to all Team for make and continues update this Box.
You make a very good Job.
UB-Box is the best Box to Nokia.

I had click Setup --> Network --> Server List.
But it don't shown server list...

Terminated with error. Response from Server. Authentication error..

I have contacted my reseller, and i explain my problem.
He say my box is not problem, the S/N can detect, he had sent email to UB team to ask about this problem.
And then i'm waiting respon from UB team...

I had ask to my Reseller in Indonesia. He had sent email to you or UB team, or Narry or Sim-sim.
And then I wait respon from UB server.(I don't know exactly)
Until now, i still can't update my Box.

Whatever i do, Register, List Server, Update, Read User Info, etc
always shown Terminated with error, Responses from server. Authentication error [00000880], 00002840, 00001115

Yes, i think same too.
If my box is damaged (Device open failed), of course the one solution is only return box to my reseller to replacement.

But if my box can detect by software, but only not activated, i think only UB Team can solve and activated this problem. Not the Reseller (he only the mediator for it, not activator)
But for prosedural i followed the rules to ask to my reseller..
But i'm sure only UB team can help this problem.

Very very bad support from official Universal Box.
The Box Maker exactly just only said " I don't know"..

Of course as UB user, i'm very disappointed with no support like this.
I will think twice to buy products again from bad supporter like this.
I knew many Mobile technician in my country, and i will told this bad things.. :(

we are trying to give a good support to our member's .so its not our fault because if your reseller saying to you
its ub server fault then every member's has a same problem then the better is you have to contact your reseller and ask from
him
