poor ub support! i agree
i had to redo my pc window (xp). previously ub was working fine. this time when i install the setup from ub website it didnot worked. ub application window does sync the box it also connects the server and give me my user info but when i update it it says receiving latest versions... and nothing happens afterwards. any suggestions
