I am UB user.
My Universal Box Show (Device open failed at USB-> Universal Box [UBD8poek]
Sir What is the problem and i m how solve this.

Select "Setup" Tab and Press " Refresh " Button
If you have still same Then send back to your reseller and ask for replacement

Sir Thaks for help. I m Use UB last 11 months and good woking so far.

This poblem faced last few days.

whats method if box is over 6 months old (out of warranty)
can these be fixed or just bin it and pay out more cash??

About dead boxes (device open failed)

A: If your box is not older than 6 months:
Send back to reseller, he will manage it to us, so we can repair. (ask about shipping charges).

B:Your box is older than 6 months:
Sorry, but we cannot manage to repair.
Posts about dead boxes will be deleted.
