Universal Box Error!

Hello
I instaled UB from its website and I run win7 with a powerfull PC but there is an error that says:Can not find 'FTD2XX.DLL. Please re-instal this application. Please help me I want to flash a Nokia 2730c-1.

Hi.
In the procedure of installing the UB Box Software i have the errors in the images im anexing with this message.
What i did was uninstalling the UB Box software first, and only then i started a fresh install.
Im afraid if this causes problems when executing a service.
The software still installs anyway.
I wonder if i can get help with this or an explanation?

PS: Im trying to upload the files and theyr not uploading. But ill write what the error message says 1St Error message: "1st line: On Startup, Line 20: attempt to call a table value____ 2nd Line: Stck Traceback:___ 3th Line: 1: [On Startup] Line: 20 in main chunk

2Nd Error message: "Failed to register COM (ActiveX) control: C:/Uni/Files/Nokia/BB5/Flash/DLL/msxml4.dll. Failure code returned by DllRegisterServer (0).

What should i do to install the software and not receive these errors?

dear just go to device manager tab.........then browse universal installed folder and give driver manually........1000000000000000000% solved
